Yes. A family member or authorized contact may submit the request, receive the invoice, and coordinate ride details.
Waiting service is available when arranged in advance. Appointment Care includes up to one hour of waiting; additional time is charged in 15-minute increments.
We currently serve ambulatory riders, including riders who use a foldable walker that can be safely stored in the vehicle. We do not currently operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
We serve Collin County and surrounding areas. Availability and final pricing are confirmed based on the pickup and destination addresses.
